FOUND IN NATURE: The Elements of Euclid

With Sticks, Stones, Seeds, Leaves, and Ink

This book is an interpretation of Oliver Byrne Elements of Euclid which is a book of geometry and mathematics containing formulas and proofs calculating the volumes of solids such as cones, pyramids and cylinders. My book defines and illustrates the Elements of Euclid with pieces of nature. I chose to use items found in nature for my forms to see how nature comes together with math and science. In this book is an exploration of such forms.
